Section 847-025-0060 - Medical Records and Personal AppearanceA telemedicine licensee must:
(1) Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in this state governing the maintenance of patient medical records, including patient confidentiality requirements, regardless of the state where the medical records of any patient within this state are maintained; and(2) Produce patient medical records or other materials as requested by the Board and appear before the Board following receipt of a written notice issued by the Board. Failure of the telemedicine licensee to appear or to produce records or materials as requested shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action per ORS 677.190.Or. Admin. Code § 847-025-0060
