Section 845-025-8500 - Responsibility of Licensee, Responsibility for Conduct of Others

Each licensee is responsible for violations of any provision of ORS 475C affecting the licensed privileges, or these rules and for any act or omission of a licensee representative that violates any law, administrative rule, or regulation affecting the licensed privileges.
