Section 839-050-0190 - Consolidation of Contested Case Proceedings

The Administrative Law Judge, on their own motion, or upon motion of a party, may order a joint contested case proceeding for two or more contested cases over which they are presiding when the Administrative Law Judge determines that the cases involve common questions of law or fact. The Administrative Law Judge, in conducting the proceeding, may establish procedures necessary to avoid additional costs or delay.
