Section 837-085-0320 - Payment of Penalties(1) All civil penalties become due and owing ten days after the Notice of Noncompliance and Proposed/Final Penalty Assessment Order becomes final.(2) If payment is not received within ten days after the order becomes final, it may be docketed as a judgment as provided by law.Or.
