Section 837-085-0260 - Employer, Owner, or Operator Response to Notices of Noncompliance(1) After receipt of a Notice of Noncompliance and Proposed/Final Penalty Assessment Order, the covered employer, owner or operator must submit all information requested by the State Fire Marshal on or before the established compliance date.(2) The above requirements shall not limit a covered employer, owner, or operator's appeal rights.Or.
