Section 837-012-0530 - Permit Fees(1) Permit fees may be paid at, or mailed to, the Department of the State Fire Marshal and must accompany the the permit application.(2) Payment may be made by personal check, business check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Department of the State Fire Marshal.(3) The permit fee is $3,000.(4) Permit fees are non-refundable. Exception: The State Fire Marshal may refund all or part of the permit fee if it is determined the application is not appropriate or the permit is denied.(5) Permit fees are non-transferable to any other individual or business.Or.
