Section 836-071-0390 - Statewide Filing Officer(1) Each limited licensee must appoint as the statewide filing officer of the licensee an executive or manager of the licensee who is located in this state. The statewide filing officer shall serve as the in-state representative and contact person for the limited licensee.(2) The limited licensee shall notify the Director in writing of any change in the appointment.Or.
