Section 836-051-0700 - Authorization, Genetic Testing(1) A person who asks an applicant for insurance to take a genetic test in connection with an application for insurance shall obtain the specific authorization of the applicant by use of the form in Exhibit 1 to this rule, or a form that is substantively similar.(2) This rule implements ORS 746.135.Or.
