Section 836-050-0210 - General Exclusions(1) All health insurance policies, other than those providing coverage only for specified diseases, shall cover HIV infection, including AIDS and ARC, as they would any other serious medical condition.(2) All life insurance policies, other than those providing coverage for specific causes of death only, shall cover death from AIDS or ARC as they would death from any other cause.Or.
