Section 836-031-0800 - Purpose, authority(1) The purpose of OAR 836-031-0800 to 836-031-0815 is to recognize, permit and prescribe the use of mortality tables that reflect differences in mortality between preferred and standard lives in determining minimum reserve liabilities in accordance with ORS 733.306 and OAR 836-031-0765.(2) OAR 836-031-0800 to 836-031-0815 are adopted pursuant to the authority of ORS 731.244 and 733.306, for the purpose of implementing 733.306.Or.
