Section 836-200-0550 - Consumer Notices to the Department(1) The department shall make available a telephone line and an online mechanism to receive notices from members of the public about increases in the cost of prescription drugs. The department shall prominently display the telephone and online contact information on its website.(2) The department shall include a summary of the notices received in its annual report to the Legislature for that calendar year under 2018 Or Laws ch 7.Or.
