Section 813-060-0056 - Change of Approved Servicers(1) The servicing agreement may be terminated or amended as provided in the servicing agreement or these rules.(2) The Department may direct a change of Approved Servicers at any time consistent with the terms of the servicing agreement and these rules.Or.
