Section 813-060-0047 - Commitment Fee(1) The Department shall charge a nonrefundable Commitment fee up to two percent of the loan amount.(2) The Eligible Borrower shall include the fee with the Sponsor's Eligible Borrower's signed acceptance of the Commitment returned to the Department.(3) The Department may charge other fees or charges, as needed, to cover the costs and reduce the financial risk to the Department of issuing Bonds.Or.
