Section 813-002-0005 - Purpose and Objectives

OAR Chapter 813, Division 2 establishes the rules and guidelines for the Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) Division within the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department (OHCS). This Division 2 is designed to govern the ARH division's rules and policies for the entire division.
