Section 808-002-0520 - Landscaping Work on Residential Property"Landscaping work on residential property that is directly related to local building code requirements or occupancy ordinances" as used in ORS 671.540(1)(i) means landscaping work performed on specific residential dwelling sites and does not include landscaping work performed in open spaces, tracts, and common areas.
