Section 806-001-0004 - Rules of ProcedureThe Board adopts the Attorney General's Uniform and Model Rules of Procedure under the Administrative Procedures Act in effect July 1, 2019, as the Board's general administrative procedural rules and to govern the Board's rulemaking and contested cases or equivalent proceedings.
