Section 741-330-0030 - Location of Signs(1) The bottom of a sign mounted on an existing structure, other than a sign post, shall be no less than 4 feet 6 inches, and no more than 8 feet above top of rail to which the sign applies. The bottom of a free standing sign, installed after (date of this order), shall not be less than 7 feet, and no more than 9 feet, above the top of ground.(2) Signs shall be located at least 8 feet 6 inches and no farther than 15 feet from centerline of track.(3) Signs, other than a standard operation restriction sign, shall be located in advance of the impairment, but no farther than 50 feet.Or.
