Section 735-034-0005 - Requirements for Designation as a Trip Permit Agent(1) DMV may designate a person or business as a vehicle trip permit agent to issue vehicle trip permits to the public on behalf of DMV.(2) A person wishing to be designated as a vehicle trip permit agent must enter into a vehicle trip permit agent agreement with DMV.(3) A designated trip permit agent, vehicle dealer, towing business, or other person authorized by Oregon law to issue trip permits is subject to all Oregon statutes and DMV rules relevant to the issuance and sale of trip permits.Or.
