Section 735-030-0035 - Owner Certification(1) An owner registering a vehicle used exclusively to transport manufactured structures, at a combined weight that does not require the vehicle to be registered with the Motor Carrier Transportation Division of the Oregon Department of Transportation, must certify that it is used exclusively to transport manufactured structures on an Application for Title and Registration (DMV form 735-226).(2) An owner registering a vehicle used exclusively as described in ORS 822.210 must include the documentation required in OAR 735-154-0010 when registering a vehicle.(3) An owner registering a vehicle as a charitable or nonprofit vehicle must complete the Charitable/Non-Profit Vehicle Registration Certification (DMV form 735-149).Or.
