Section 690-093-0080 - Public Comment(1) The Department shall provide public notice and a 60-day period for public comment prior to initial scoring by the Technical Review Team by posting applications passing an initial review on the Department's website. (2) Additional public comment will be sought by the Commission after rankings are published and prior to a final decision on an application. Or. Admin. Code § 690-093-0080
