Section 690-090-0045 - Issuance of Bonds(1) Requests to issue bonds to finance water development loans may be made to the State Treasurer by the commission as the commission finds necessary.(2) The director shall act on behalf of the commission at bond sales to accept or reject bid offerings on bonds to finance water development loans.Or.
