Section 690-090-0038 - Appeal Process(1) If the director rejects a loan application or approves a loan amount different than that requested by the applicant, the applicant may file an appeal to the commission. The commission may reverse, modify or affirm the director's action on the loan application.(2) An appeal of the director's action shall be initiated by the applicant no later than 30 days after the applicant receives notice of the director's action under ORS 541.710 or 541.720.Or.
