Section 690-090-0015 - Eligibility: Applicant and Project(1) To be eligible, applicants shall meet the definition of water developer, as stated in OAR 690-090-0010.(2) To be eligible, projects shall meet the definition of a drainage project, irrigation project, community water supply project, fish protection project, watershed enhancement project or multipurpose project, as defined in OAR 690-090-0010.Or.
