Section 690-079-0150 - Applications for Use of Reserved Water

Applications for the use of reserved water shall comply with and be processed under provisions of OAR Chapter 690, Division 11, governing applications and permits generally. In addition to any information required under Division 11, an application for use of reserved water shall include a statement from the agency which requested the reservation that the proposed use is consistent with the reservation.
