Section 690-051-0260 - Land Use(1) The Director or Commission shall meet requirements established in OAR 690-005-0045 (Standards for Goal Compliance and compatibility with Acknowledged Comprehensive Plans) in evaluating, or taking action on, a Permit or License for hydroelectric use.(2) In the event of a land use dispute, as defined in OAR 690-005-0015 (Definitions), the Department shall follow resolution procedures provided in 690-005-0040 (Resolution of Land Use Disputes).Or.
