Section 690-504-0005 - Definitions(1) "Indian Tribe" as defined by ORS 182.162, which defines a tribe as a federal recognized Indian tribe in Oregon. (2) "Consultation", for the purpose of this rule "consultation" means a dialogue for the purpose of obtaining information or advice.
