Section 690-100-0015 - Eligibility

(1) To be eligible to apply for partial repayment of a project financed under the Water Development Loan Program, an applcant shall meet the definition of a Water Developer, as stated in ORS 541.700.

(2) Any sponsor of a Proposed Project as defined in these rules is eligible for partial repayment of a water development project affording a public benefit.
