Section 635-009-0445 - Increases in Releases for Approved Projects(1) The department may approve increases in the number of fish released, based on the criteria set forth in OAR 635-009-0425(2), provided that such increases are in compliance with OAR 635-009-0415(2).(2) Increases shall be incremental. The level shall be established in the memorandum of understanding. Each incremental increase shall be separately monitored and evaluated before proceeding with further increases.Or. Admin.
