Section 635-007-0625 - Revocation of Fish Transport Permit(1) The Commission may revoke a Fish Transport Permit in accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS 183.310 through 183.500 if the holder of the permit has violated any of the terms or conditions of the permit or any statute or regulation.(2) Revocation of a Fish Transport Permit is in addition to and not in lieu of other penalties provided by law.Or.
