Section 635-005-0545 - Fishing Area

It is unlawful to take Tanner, Oregon hair and scarlet king crab from the Pacific Ocean shoreward of the 40 fathom contour line as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 50, Section 660.71(k).
