Section 635-047-0015 - Species(1) The species which may be released and hunted shall be listed on any application for a hunting preserve at the time of application. The applicant may request amendment of the species to be released and hunted at the time of license renewal.(2) Game bird species that may be released and hunted on private hunting preserves are limited by this rule to those members of the family Phasianidae, commonly known as pheasants, quail, and partridge.Or.
