Section 635-001-0005 - Model Rules of ProcedureThe Model Rules of Procedure under the Administrative Procedures Act, promulgated by the Attorney General and in effect January 1, 2024 are hereby adopted as the rules of procedures of the Fish and Wildlife Commission and the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
