Section 635-001-0005 - Model Rules of ProcedurePursuant to ORS 183.341, the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife hereby adopts the Model Rules of Procedure as promulgated by the Attorney General under the Administrative Procedures Act, dated January 1, 2006.
