Section 629-035-0070 - Forest Land Exchanges and Acquisitions(1) The District Forester shall recommend an amendment to the district land designations and management classifications of state-owned forest lands under OAR 629-035-0040 to 629-035-0050 when lands are added to or removed from the district land base.(2) The District Forester shall provide a 30-day public comment period on the proposed amendments.Or.
