Section 603-051-0818 - Packing and Marking

(1) Oregon No. 1 strawberry plants are to be packed in new or clean crates, with not more than 1,000 plants in a single package and in such manner that they will retain a fresh condition.

(2) Oregon No. 2 strawberry plants are to be packed in new or clean crates, with not more than 2,000 plants in a single package and in such manner that they will retain a fresh condition.

(3) All containers of Oregon No. 1 and 2 strawberry plants shall have the name of the variety and number of plants, the grade of the plants, and the name and address of the grower plainly marked on the outside of the container.
