Section 603-011-5001 - Highly Pathogenic AvianInfluenza Disease, Emergency Quarantine

(1) Establishing a Quarantine. A quarantine is established pursuant to OAR 603-011-0377, pertaining to all avian species.

(2) Areas Under Quarantine. The following area is currently under quarantine for Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza:

(a) Oregon Township 19S Range 46E, Sections 35-36

(b) Oregon Township 19S Range 47E, Sections 31-33

(c) Oregon Township 20S Range 46E

(D) Sections 32-36
