Section 581-017-0753 - LGBTQ2SIA+ Student Success Plan Grant Program: Eligibility

(1) The Department will establish a process for eligible entities to apply for a LGBTQ2SIA+ Student Success Grant.

(2) To be eligible to receive a Grant, an applicant must:

(a) Be a Community-Based Organization, Culturally Specific Organization, early learning hub, provider of early learning services, school district, education service district, public charter school, Tribal government, post-secondary institution of education, or a consortium of these entities; and

(b) Demonstrate the outcomes of the grant activities are to benefit and serve LGBTQ2SIA+ students and their families.
