Section 581-017-0669 - Early Indicator and Intervention System: Funding(1) The Department of Education will determine for each fiscal year the portion of the funds available for the Early Indicator and Intervention System Grant program.(2) The Department will determine the amount of the grant based on the following formula: the school district's or public charter school's ADMr x $3. In calculating the grant available to each school district or public charter school, the Department of Education will use the most current finalized ADMr from the State School Fund from the prior year.Or.
