Section 581-017-0474 - Eligibility

(1) The following entities shall be eligible to receive a CTE Summer Youth Engagement Program Grant:

(a) School districts;

(b) Education service districts (ESDs) as defined in ORS 334.003;

(c) Public schools;

(d) Public charter schools;

(e) Community colleges; and

(f) Public universities.
