Section 581-017-0375 - Reporting: Tribal Attendance Promising Practices

(1) Grant recipients will provide detailed responses to surveys and questionnaires as developed by the Oregon Department of Education no more than five (5) times during the grant cycle.

(2) The Oregon Department of Education shall provide grant recipients a template for an initial report, an interim report and a Final Review report that includes a detailed narrative prior to receiving the final funds. Grant recipients will participate in symposiums and share best practices as requested by the Oregon Department of Education nor more than two (2) times during the grant cycle.
