Section 581-011-0095 - Submission of Instructional Materials

The following rules are in effect between publishers and their representatives and members of the State Board of Education:

(1) No materials may be considered by the Board unless delivered at least 60 days prior to the adoption date.

(2) All publishers are required to prepare summaries which include documentation and analysis on their submitted instructional materials showing how they conform to the criteria adopted by the State Board of Education for the review and selection of instructional materials. Forms for preparing such summaries are available from the Department of Education. Completed summaries must be submitted to appropriate evaluation committee members and Department of Education staff as directed by the Department of Education.
