Section 575-070-0010 - Administrative Responsibility(1) The Higher Education Coordinating Commission, hereafter called, "the Commission", shall be responsible for the administration of the Oregon Teacher Corps Program. (2) The Commission shall be responsible for making such rules as are required for the administration of the Oregon Teacher Corps Program. Or. Admin. Code § 575-070-0010
