Section 575-031-0010 - Financial Need(1) A student must have financial need as determined by the Commission as set forth in OAR 575-030-0005(4). (2) A student's financial need for purposes of determining eligibility for an Oregon Opportunity Grant shall be based upon provisions of the Shared Responsibility Model as set forth in OAR 575-031-0022 and 0023.Or.
