Section 462-200-0270 - Prior Approval Required for Betting Pools(1) A race meet licensee that desires to offer new forms of wagering must apply in writing to the commission 30 days in advance and receive written approval prior to implementing the new betting pool if the pool is contained in these rules.(2) The race meet licensee may suspend previously approved forms of wagering with the prior approval of the commission. Any carryover shall be paid out on the last performance in which the wage is offered.
