Section 438-085-0845 - Official Notice(1) The Administrative Law Judge may take official notice of judicially cognizable facts and the Administrative Law Judge may take official notice of general, technical or scientific facts within the Administrative Law Judge's specialized knowledge.(2) The Administrative Law Judge shall advise the parties of, and give them an opportunity to contest, any facts or other matters of which official notice is being taken.Or.
