Section 438-085-0720 - Postponement or Continuance of Hearing(1) A scheduled hearing shall not be postponed except by order of an Administrative Law Judge upon a finding of good cause.(2) Continuance and/or bifurcation of a contested case shall be allowed at the discretion of the Administrative Law Judge upon consideration of the facts and circumstances providing the basis for the Motion for continuance and/or bifurcation.Or.
