Section 438-085-0250 - Requests for Mediation(1) The parties shall notify the assigned Administrative Law Judge of their desire to mediate their controversy. The parties may select a mediator from an approved list provided by the Hearings Division. If the parties do not indicate a choice of mediator or cannot agree, a mediator may be selected by the assigned Administrative Law Judge.(2) Persons who are not parties to a mediation may be included in mediation discussions with the consent of the mediator and the parties.Or.
