Section 438-085-0017 - Board Policy; Liberal Construction(1) It is the policy of the Board to provide for the prompt and fair disposition of contested cases, encourage settlements, formal and informal, consistent with the purposes of the Act, and provide an impartial forum for hearings on cases that cannot be resolved between the parties.(2) These rules shall be liberally construed to carry out the policy of the Board and the purposes of the Act.Or.
