Section 438-021-0015 - Duties of the Chairperson

(1) The Chairperson, or the Board Members calling the meeting, shall prepare the agenda for each meeting.

(2) The order of business for Board meetings shall be as follows:

(a) Call to order;

(b) Approval of the agenda and order of business;

(c) Approval of minutes of the previous meetings;

(d) Reports of the administrative staff;

(e) Any unfinished business;

(f) New business;

(g) Public comment;

(h) Announcements; and

(i) Adjournment.
