Section 438-015-0011 - Attorney Retainer Agreement(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), every executed attorney retainer agreement filed with the Administrative Law Judge or Board shall be in English.(2) Any English language attorney retainer agreement filed with the Administrative Law Judge or Board may be accompanied by a translation into a foreign language that is certified by the translator to be an accurate and true translation of the English writing.
