Section 438-012-0062 - Referral of Request for Enforcement of Board's Own Motion Order to Hearings Division(1) The Board may refer a request to enforce an Own Motion order to the Hearings Division for an evidentiary hearing and recommended findings of fact and conclusions.(2) The Board shall issue its order within a reasonable time after receipt of all evidence and argument from the parties and any recommendations from the Hearings Division.Or.
